I had come to yoga after my accident.  Someone had suggested yoga as a way to alleviate my back pain. More than the physical transformation, the practice has had me asking the question: What can I do now to make my situation just a little bit better today, a bit better tomorrow, and a bit better the next day (etc.)?

Within a few years, yoga transformed me from the inside out. It taught to breathe and stay through difficult times. It helped me of several physical and mental hang-ups.

Renu completed her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga District.  She currently teaches in Washington D.C. area. Her classes are filled with meditation, strength, stretch, and fun.
